Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexorion website at nex-orion.com and the Nexorion multiplayer game (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Account Responsibilities
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account to any other person. Each person may maintain only one account.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Cheat: Use exploits, bugs, automated scripts, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Hack: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Harass: Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or any behavior that is abusive, offensive, or harmful to other players.
- Spam: Send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or repetitive content through in-game chat or any other communication channel.
- Impersonate: Pretend to be another player, a staff member, or any other person or entity.
- Disrupt: Intentionally disrupt the gameplay experience for other players, including but not limited to griefing, flooding, or denial-of-service attacks.
- Distribute Malware: Share links or files that contain viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
- Engage in Real-Money Trading: Buy, sell, or trade in-game items, currency, or accounts for real-world money or value outside of officially sanctioned mechanisms.
3. Virtual Items and Currency
The Service may include virtual items, virtual currency (such as gems), and other digital goods ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
- Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in Virtual Items.
- We may modify, remove, or reset Virtual Items at any time without notice or liability.
- You have no right to transfer Virtual Items outside the Service except as expressly permitted by the game mechanics.
4. User-Generated Content
The Service allows you to create worlds, place blocks, write signs, and communicate with other players ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Nexorion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content as part of the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Extended inactivity.
- Requests from law enforcement or government agencies.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation for any Virtual Items, progress, or data associated with a terminated account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, code, designs, and other materials that form part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Nexorion and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexorion and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of virtual items, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Nexorion, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexorion and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
